Meet Our Founders

Tsvetelin Pantev

Tsvetelin Pantev

Co-Founder

Tsvetelin has always had a passion for mathematics and number crunching. He was a talented chess player from an early age and won several chess tournaments as well as an international championship in mathematics when he was 14. Software engineering always looked like the right career path for him.

He started out in the largest company SAP working on several of their key projects in a time span of 5 years. From there he moved on to work at Quantive, a start-up valued at 670 million in 2022, where he focused on improving effectiveness - a skill that directly connects to Sigma Revenue's mission. He rose to a managerial position and spearheaded processes aiming to make the company more successful.

Before founding Sigma Revenue, he was helping Spread AI, a German automotive start-up design the new generation of German cars.

Co-Founder

Kaloyan received his education from one of the best business schools in the UK - the University of Bath. As a part of his education, he did two placements - one in the Finance department in MagnaPowertrain and one in a private revenue management consultancy in London working with some of the biggest FMCG companies in the world. Whilst there he observed first-hand how leading consumer firms make pricing decisions and became familiar with the concept of Revenue Management.

Later, he worked at London-based hospitality start-up Catapult, gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry. Graduating from university, he returned to Bulgaria with the hope of transferring his proactive and innovative approach to his homeland through Sigma Revenue.

Our Story

The idea for Sigma Revenue was born in 2022 and researched thoroughly for around a year. Starting in 2023, we began to develop the product with a clear vision in mind.

From the beginning, our mission was to empower hotels to use data and technology to make informed business and pricing decisions. We recognized that the hospitality industry was ready for a revolution in how revenue management was approached.

Two years later, following serious development and countless iterations based on industry feedback, Sigma Revenue was launched. Today, we continue to innovate and expand our platform to serve hotels of all sizes across the globe.
