Sigma Revenue provides a cloud-based revenue management platform for hotels, including pricing recommendations, analytics, and automation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment Terms

Fees for our services are based on your hotel's room count as described on our pricing page. Payment terms and billing cycles will be established in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Sigma Revenue and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigma Revenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
